Technical details and materials

For higher quality, speed and flexibility we recommend to provide the video to be uploaded in a digital file HD or Full HD format (720p or 1080p respectively), encoded with H264 video codec and MP4 extension so as to maintain a high quality resolution.

The author shall indicate in the application form the theme which inspired him in the production of the short film and will send, along with the registration, a production notes sheet (fiction plot summary and reasons for the choice of the theme).

Short films which have already won or been submitted to other contests are allowed, but only one work per author/film maker will be admitted. Participating in the competition is free of charge.
